What data we collect
When you submit a request through the website's form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (if given), tour of interest, preferred dates, group size, and the content of your message.
We do not automatically collect data about your visit to the site. The site does not use cookies or tracking tools.
How the data is used
The data is used only to respond to your request, plan the tour, and process any resulting booking.
The data is not used for marketing without your separate consent, and is not sold or disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
Retention period
Data related to enquiries is kept for as long as needed to manage the customer relationship, and afterwards for as long as required by accounting law if the data relates to a completed booking.
Data security
Messages are sent over a secure (https) connection. The data is handled only by Arctic Aurora Productions.
Your rights
You have the right to check what data is held about you, to request correction or deletion of it, and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully.
